| The original G.I. Joe cartoon that Hasbro produced didn't feature very many women. In fact, in the very first few cartoons, there was only one woman in the whole line: Scarlett. Scarlett. Scarlett is a fiery red who is a part of the G.I. Joe's Counter Intelligence team who was an expert marksman with the crossbow. Like many of the classic G.I. Joe action figures from the 1980s, Scarlett has been reissued as part of Hasbro's 25th Anniversary line. The colors of Scarlett's apparel are about the same as they were with the original figures, though they have been toned down and are a lighter shade. Also, the figure has more points of articulation than the original. Scarlett comes equipped with crossbow, pistol, and figure stand. |
